These crazy pencils are a fun, easy craft which will surely get your children excited about being back at school!

Materials:
1 Pencil
2 Pipe Cleaners
Googly Eyes
Colored Craft Feathers
Glue
Instructions:
1. Start by gathering all the supplies you will need for this craft. I was able to find everything at my local party store. Any craft store should also have all these materials.
2. Begin by grabbing one pipe cleaner and folding it in half. Next, round each pipe cleaner end into a small tight circle. The circles are necessary to place eyes on your crazy pencil.
3. Choose five or six brightly colored feathers. Arrange the feathers around the pencil eraser. Then place the pipe cleaner that has the circles, in front of the feathers.
4. Wrap the other pipe cleaner tightly around the pencil to hold everything in place.
5. Lastly, glue googly eyes in place and a sequin or rhinestone for the nose.
There are many variations to this craft. You could easily use whatever you have on hand and still make this craft a success. The only essential pieces are, of course, the pencil and pipe cleaners to hold everything together. The rest is up to you!
